The problem

Your box app holds the WOD. Not your progress.

01

The whiteboard gets erased.

Tomorrow nobody remembers what you lifted today, or how it felt.

02

Your numbers live in five places.

Notes app, whiteboard photos, a spreadsheet, the box app. None of them talk to each other.

03

Change box, lose your history.

Years of training stay behind in someone else's software.

RMLY is built around the athlete, not the box.
Your history goes wherever you train.

How it works

Log in seconds. Understand for years.

Train.

Log your session the way it happened: by blocks, from a whiteboard photo, or repeating a past workout.

Track.

Your previous session while you log, and every PR detected for you. One reliable history.

Evolve.

All-time PR vs recent best, how your training is balanced, and insights built only from what you logged.

Mid-workout

Coach says 5 × 3 at 80%.
You know your number.

Open any lift without leaving the workout you're logging. Your real 1RM, the load for any percentage, your previous session. Then straight back to your sets.

Actual 1RM and estimated 1RM are always labelled. RMLY never passes an estimate off as a PR.

Athlete insight

Your strength sessions went from 1 to 2 a week over the last 8 weeks. Over the same period, your Back Squat went up 5 kg.

Based on 16 logged sessions · no assumptions

No leaderboards. No points. No invented numbers.

Just your progress, read honestly. If there isn't enough data to say something, RMLY says so.

Nutrition

Training doesn't happen in isolation.

Write what you ate in your own words. RMLY breaks it down into foods, calories and macros, next to your training.

Missing information is never counted as zero.

For coaches and boxes

Keep your software. RMLY doesn't replace it.

RMLY is the athlete's own training memory. Your members arrive knowing their numbers, understand where they're improving, and train with more intent. Nothing to install or manage on your side.

FAQ

Before you join.

When can I use RMLY?

We're finishing version 1. Waitlist members are invited in waves, starting with a small group of athletes, before we open it to everyone.

Will it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The beta runs as a web app you add to your home screen, no store download needed. App Store and Google Play versions come after.

How much will it cost?

RMLY will have a genuinely useful free version. Founding athletes get exclusive benefits we'll share before launch.

Does my box need to use RMLY?

No. RMLY is yours and works on its own. Train at a box, a gym, at home or on the road: your history comes with you.

Is it only for CrossFit?

No. It covers functional fitness, strength, weightlifting, gymnastics and calisthenics, running and other cardio. Nutrition is optional.
